- Textuncle is a conversational assistant you reach by text message. You send questions, forwarded messages, or photos, and Uncle replies with answers, explanations, drafts, and confirmations of what you asked. Uncle only replies to messages you send. He does not send marketing messages.
- How you opt in
- You start the conversation by texting +1 208 214 0093. Texting the number means you agree to receive replies from Textuncle. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency
- Varies based on how you use Uncle.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. Textuncle does not charge for messages.
- To stop
- Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further messages unless you text START.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Family alerts
- A family member who buys the Family plan on textuncle.com agrees, by checking a box before payment, to receive Textuncle alert texts at the number they enter. Alerts are sent only when the connected family member's phone receives a message Uncle judges to look like a scam, plus a confirmation when the family member connects or leaves. At most 3 alerts a day. Text STOP to stop them at any time. Alerts never include what the messages say.
